Acceptance

These terms govern your use of RocketReader Online. If you do not accept them, do not access the service.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. Accounts are for individual use only. Do not share accounts, and do not use automated tools, robots, or spiders to access the service.

Acceptable use

Use RocketReader Online only for lawful purposes. Do not scrape, spider, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. Documents uploaded for later reading must not contain obscene or illegal material.

Free trial and payments

First-time subscribers may start a 5-day free trial outside PayPal. Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Sales are final except where the law requires a refund.

Availability

We aim to keep RocketReader Online available, but outages can occur for reasons outside our control. We will work to restore access as soon as practical.

Intellectual property

RocketReader Online software and content remain our property. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it only to provide the service.

Termination

We may enforce limits, suspend, temporarily ban, or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is misused.

Liability

RocketReader Online is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates take effect indicates acceptance.
